Our customer service team aims to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours.
3) How long will shipping take?
Shipping time estimates for ready-to-ship items are 3-5 business days. Customized variations of ready to ship items will take 7-10 business days to ship.
Original customized items take preparation; therefore, we will provide an estimated shipping time once order details are confirmed and payment has been received.
4) Do you offer returns and refunds?
We offer only returns, and please check our returns and refund policy to know more.
5) What if I receive a damaged product?
Please email info.foraresin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. The pictures of the product must show that the product is unused.
6)How do I take care of resin art?
Keep resin out of constant direct sunlight and do not store them in a place with extreme heat. Heat and constant sunlight will cause the resin to yellow.
7) How will the refund be processed?
For A Resin will notify the customer via email once the returned item is received and inspected. At that time, we will determine the approval or rejection of your refund request.
8) Do you offer discounts and promotions?
All purchases made with a discount code are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Discount codes are case sensitive, so please ensure you are using the code as written when applying it to your order. If you have any issues with a discount code, please contact info.foraresin@gmail.com.
After your order has been processed, we cannot refund discounts on our back end.

9) Why hasn't my tracking # been updated?
Don't fret! Your tracking number may take 24-48 hrs to update from pre-shipment status.
10) Is it possible to change or cancel an order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order, but we, unfortunately, cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left for shipping.
